I would suggest to use Long Path Tool program. It resolves problem regarding source path too long.

I use LongPathTool. It has been pretty easy to delete and rename long path files.

It works for me as well. I have been using long path tool to delete, copy, move and bulk rename long path files or locked file. It is also easy to use.

I much prefer the lamba, as the definition of flip looks like a strange wrapper that doesn't appear to do anything special (I along with 404+ others: https://stackoverflow.com/q.... If you want to package and name your lambda, please do it like operators.add etc. instead of introducing strange new imports for no apparent reason.

For copying files and folders exceeding 260 characters in length. You can use GS Richcopy 360. As it supports Long Path Names. It also sends an email when copy jobs are done. I have been using it for one year and it is really good. Go for it!

To run Powershell on right clicking in Explorer on on the Desktop use %V instead. Like so:
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Background\shell\powershell]
"Open Powershell"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Background\shell\powershell\command]
C:\\Windows\\system32\\WindowsPowerShell\\v1.0\\powershell.exe -NoExit -Command Set-Location -LiteralPath "%V"

How do I get the current background color (if it's not black)? Printing in colors resets background to black no matter what's the current color (it can be e.g. grey).
